    Jacobwasaskedlfhe knew Eric Hartisor Dylan Klebold. He stared hedid notknow thoseindividuals and hedid not know an;

    other memberswho associated themselves with the "TrenchCoatMaf a,' I askedif there were any rumorsheardat school which

    would reference anything was going to occur on April 20th. He statedthat he did not hear anything and had no additional

    information to provide. Jacob wasalso asked if he knewthat EricHarrishad a web site. Hestated he did not.andagain told

    me h. didn't know muchabout the individuals at all.

    Jacobwas asked to describe hi, dresson the incidentdate. Hestatedhe was wearinga blackand brownishgold flannel shirt,

    khaki carpenter jeans,and he hadwhitetennis 'hoes on. Jacobwas askedifhe leftany other additional items at the school other

    thanhi' backpack. H. stated h . didnot.

    Aftercompleting my interview withJacob,[had him documentwherehe wasseatedin thecafeteria andhis exit routeoutof theschool. A copyof that map is anached to thi' supplementalreport.

    Brianna advised tha t on the day of the inc ident . she arr ived inth e cafe ter ia a t approximately 11,15 a.m. having come from her

    residence as sh e ha d no fourth hour class . She was shown a sketch ofthe cafe ter ia an d indicated t ha t she had been seated a t the tab lemarked U. She sa id others a t her table were, Gina Rohde an d SarahRoasberry. She had only f i r s t names for the follow ing: Sarah,Nichole, Emily, and Veronica.

    She s ta ted th a t sh e observed no unusual a c t iv i ty in thecafe ter ia . She went over to th e v en di ng m ac hi ne s an d t ha t i s whensh e f i r s t heard some noise which she was unahle to ident i fy. Shesaid a t tha t point , Mr. Sanders. who was by the serv ice counter was

    awareof the trenchcoat mafia group. He staledhe did not see Kleboldor Harris at all that day. He statedthe

    TCM's usually hang out in the cafeteria in one certain area, but he was not sure if they Were there thatday or

    not

    Matthewhas Spanish for his first hour class,he is a student assistant in the main office for his secondhour

    class, English forhis third hour class, and Science forhis fourth hour class. He statedhe entered the cafeteria at

    approximately 1112 hoursby walkingdown thestairs. He statedhe went immediatelyto the lunch lineandgot

    his food,and then sat down. Matthew indicatedon the attached diagram the route that he took to thecafeteria,

    and that he sat at table F. He stated approximately threeminuteslater,a friendby the nameof

    Ben Saumannwalkedoverand told them that someone hadjust got shot outside. He stated Ben was very seriousaboutthis.

    He thenheardsome"pops" and halfof the cafeteria got downon the floor.

    Matthew stated thejanitor ran alongthe south end of thecafeteriayellingfor everybodyto get down! He heard

    morepops and then peoplestarted to run fromthe west end of the cafeteriato the east. He statedsomeof them

    wereslidingon the floor on their stomachs. Hestated kidsstartedtojump over tables and over other peopleand

    therewas a panicked atmospherein the cafeteria.

    Matthewstatedthat as he was going upstairs he heard gunfire hit the railings aroundthestairs. Hestated he

    thoughtthe gunmen were shooting towards thegroupgoingupstairs, as bullets hit themuralthat is on the wall

    of the stairway.

    Matthew statedthat oncehe got to the upper level,he began to walkdown the hallwayeastbound. He statedhe

    becamecalmat this point and didn't feel like anything was going 10 happento him. I asked if there wasa

    reasonfor this and he that he felt thatGod was with him andwouldkeephim safe. Hethen told methat he is a

    religious person.

I asked Sarah ifshe was in the cafetena at th e time of the shooting and she said. yes. she was, I showed Sarah a diagramof the cafeteria and asked he r if she could circle the table where she was silting, Sarah circled table "KK"and placed an "Y:' where she had been sitting, I asked Sarah if she could le' l me what happened that day.Sarah said she was sitting with some friends at the table when she heard screaming coming from the areaof table "UU", Sarah said she heard some person say to ge t down uncemeath the tables. Sarah said shegot down and then raised he r head and looked out the window and saw smoke outside. Sarah said shethen heard, what she believed to be, an explosion outside. Sarah said after the explosion she heardsc ona yell "get up and start running", Sarah said she did get up and run down the hall next to thecafeteria. to the door to leewoOd Park. I asked Sarah if she saw anyone with any type of explosives andshe said, no. I asked Sarah if she sa w two large duffel bags in the cafeteria and she said. no, I asked her Ifshe had seen anyone carrying or in possesslon of large duffel bags and she again said, "No" I askedSarah if she remembered seeing Eric or Dylan on Monday or Tuesday and she said. no, she did not seethem. I asked her if she left anything behind in the cafeteria and she said she left a blue Eddie Bauerbackpack with her school books at the table in the cafeteria where she was sitting. I asked her if she hadtalked to anyone from the Trench Goat Mafia on either Monday or Tuesday and she said. "No", I asked her

    what she was wearing that day and she said she had Jeanson, and a blue, gray and white striped shirt. Jasked Sarah what hallway she ran down when she leflthe bUilding and she said it was the one next to themain hallway. I asked Sarah if she uses the Internet and she said yes. she does. I asked what her screenname is and she said Shroom space 719 space AOL space D.comm" I asked if she knows anyone with adouble pierced eyebrow and she said. "No". I asked her if she remembers seeing or hearing any unusualannouncements prior to the shooting that morning and she said. no, she did not. I asked if there's anyfurther information that she could provide reference the Trench Coat Malla and she said, "No." I askedSarah if she had any further information reference the shooting that day and she said nothing that she couldthink of at the moment.     statedthat her motherdrove her to school on the morning ofthe 04-20-99 arrivingat approximately 0730 hours.

    Shellystated she used the main entrance of the schooland did not notice anything out of the ordinary, Shellystated that shehadnever seen ERIC HARRISbefore. Shehadseen KLEBOLObeforebut never knewhis name,

    She stated she had heard about the "trench coat mafia" group. She knew one girl who was part of the group

    namedLydia who she describedas beingverynice, haVing had contactwith her in a class previously. She did

    not see any of the members of this group between classes that morning. Shellyalso knew another member of

    the grOlJp bythe name of Brian sergeant She slatedshe knewhim personally but not very well,

    Shelly stated she had a keyboarding class with Mr. Sandel'$ during her fourth hour, This class is
