FUN COLOR FACTS• Red- The Aztecs considered red dye to be more valuable than gold

• Orange- Frito-Lay’s made a Cheeto that changed from neon-orange in your hand to blue or green in your mouth

• Yellow- The combinations of black writing on a yellow background are the best color combination for printed material

• Green- US currency is green because the pigment was readily available in large quantities and is resistant to chemical and physical changes

• Blue- A spider’s blood turns blue when exposed to oxygen
