Homicide Definition DIJIN Homicide in general, is defined as killing a human being; the action is to kill; the material result is death. It is an instantaneous crime that is consumed when the victim is dead. Under Penal Code, homicide is: when one person kills another, article 103 of Law 599 of 2000. According to the police, common homicide is all death that is caused by any weapon except those that are committed in traffic accidents.

"Enforced disappearance involves the deprivation of liberty of a person in whatever form, followed by concealment and refusal to acknowledge the deprivation or to give information on his whereabouts.
