What is the Michigan CAP?

The Michigan College Access Portal (Michigan CAP) is a one-stop college access resource for Michigan’s K-12 youth and adult learners

Michigan CAP https://www.michigancap.org/ is a free, easily accessible web platform that a person can use throughout their education

MCC believes that the Michigan CAP is a fantastic college access resource

We encourage you to introduce this platform to the youth and adult learners you serve

How To Register for Michigan CAP

In order to use Michigan CAP, each person must register with an email address and password. If they do not have an email address, they can register any name that looks like an email address, i.e. [email protected]

Specific instructions for registering can be found on any of MCC’s Michigan CAP one-page resources

Youth must choose their high school when they register as a student. Almost all Michigan schools are on the portal

generalized application that many of Michigan’s colleges and universities accept as a admission application
