Referral offerEXTEN
DED!
When a dental service is submitted to your insurance
company, you will receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) in
the mail from the insurance company. This mailing is extremely
important but is often overlooked or disregarded.
The EOB provides a lot of information, such as your
deductible, your portion of the service, what will be paid to our
office, and your yearly maximum benefits. We ask that when
you receive this in the mail, please take a moment to read it over.
We feel that it will help you more fully understand your dental
benefits and why you might get a bill in the mail from us.
As always, if you have questions or need further clarification
of the EOB, you can call our office. We will be glad to help.
