BRUNSWICK HIGH SCHOOL: Also located within walking distance of the property is the new Brunswick High School. The two story building was designed for about 2,200 students with room for expansion. The total budget was around $57 million.

ARCHWAY PARTNERSHIP: The property is located within the Glynn County ACT District which is destined for high quality growth as explained hereafter.

The impact of the College of Coastal Georgia’s transformation from a two-year to a four-year school will reach well beyond the college’s campus, driving right through the heart of the city. The college is one of the keys to the Altama Community Transformation District (“ACT District”) project, which aims to revitalize the area around Altama Avenue in the coming years. The University of Georgia, through its Archway Partnership organization, will help community leaders with the project.
