Soft wool blend with a slightly twisted binding thread. Available in 1.75 oz (50g) balls in 8 bright and fashionable colors. Use with US 15-17 (10–12 mm) knitting needles. Machine washable in warm water 85°F using a gentle cycle for wool using the appropriate detergent and softener. Garments created with Ottawa may be partly spun dried and then should be dried flat. Ironing is possible by using a cotton cloth between the iron and the garment.

FINISHINGWeave in all ends. Sew side seams of cozy as follows: Right hand side - from bottom edge up for approximately 2½ in (6 cm), leave approximately 4 in (10 cm) unsewn for the teapot handle, then sew above opening and across the top. Left hand side: - sew up from the bottom edge for approximately 6 cm (2½ in). Leave approximately 2½ in (6 cm) unsewn for the teapot spout, then sew above the opening to the top. Please note: these measurements may vary for your own teapot and can be adjusted to suit.Using all 3 yarn colors together, make a pom-pom measuring approximately 2¼ in (5.5 cm) in diameter. Sew pom-pom to top of cozy as shown.
