Netlink Environmental Conservation Organization
(NECOR) formerly known as Nigerian Environmental
Conservation Organization was established and registered
as Non-Governmental Organization (CAC-/IT/NO 128991). NECOR was borne out of the need to ensure optimum
participation and involvement of all the relevant stakeholders
in sustainable management of natural resources as a way to
gather much needed support and efforts targeted at tackling
numerous environmental challenges confronting humanity. NECOR strives to create awareness and inculcate
environmental conservation consciousness into the youth
through the establishment of Environmental Conservation
Club (ECC) at the primary, secondary and tertiary institutions.
The idea, passion, enthusiasm, and talent of the members
are targeted at strengthening communities towards
achieving sustainable management of our natural resources
and fragile environment. Hence, a collective multi disciplinary
approach is necessitated.
