Product Life-cycle Management (PLM) Program DirectorAs the Program Director, led the successful implementation of Oracle's ‘Product Life-cycle Management’ (PLM) tool for Product Collaboration and Quality Management. This project was my first introduced to GMP (CFR part 11) compliance and its associated Validation requirements. This project went live on December 8th, 2014; it was delivered on time and under budget.

● Aligned and managed business and technical teams comprising of over one hundred participants● Created an environment which nurtured a collaborative effort resulting in the successful implementation of PLM. ● Modeled PLM estimated ROI at two million for the next two years and four million annually after that.● PLM improved quality processes, anecdotal evidence a three hundred and fifty percent increase in work for the Tech Ops team as Corrective Actions initiated Preventive Actions (CAPA’s).   ● Developed and executed an effective Organizational Change Management (OCM) plan with support from Human Resources and SME consultants resulting in minimum disruption to the departments impacted by PLM● Created strategic Road Maps for the implementation and future expansion of PLM● Led and executed the migration and integration between JDE and PLM with zero errors during cutover resulting in improved data quality and reducing data entry demands by one FTE per year● Implemented an enterprise SOA solution based on Magic Software in order to integrate multiple systems with PLM

Senior Director Database Engineering and Management

Director of Database Engineering and Management for Power Information Networks (PIN) a subdivision of JD Power and Associates (JDPA) with a revenue of $30 plus million per year. Responsible for managing a departmental budget of four million dollars with over thirty FTEs and consultants.

As the Director Enterprise Data/Solutions responsible for all architectural decisions related to Data Quality; Governance; ETL and Database Infrastructure. I had responsibility for all technical aspects of the Power Information Network (PIN) subdivision of JDPA. While leading the PIN technology division I was also involved, at a senior level, in numerous consulting engagements with major corporate clients.

Enterprise Data Architect
