The Professional range, by Capital , allows storage volumes of between 2 and 20m3 and is the most economicsolution per m3 in the market. Conceived for small restaurants, fast-food outlets, food shops and even privateResidences. The Professional range has been developed to provide increased aesthetics and quality, easytransportation and assembly, low price and energy consumption and easy maintenance.There are 92 models inthe Premier range all ideal for small spaces where a standard refrigerator is no longer enough.

PROFESSIONAL RANGEMODULAR COLD-ROOM

The best materials are used to ensure qualityand hygiene, thanks to modernmanufacturing techniques meeting the mostdemanding European standards.

Food-safe grade, galvanised steel cladding isused for the vertical walls and roof. Floorpanels for negative temperature cold-roomsare reinforced and offer a finishing made ofsynthetic resin or stainless steel. Positivetemperature cold-rooms, without floor, aresupplied with a special PVC profile whichincludes a floor skirting, ensuring simpleassembly and a perfect finish.

PREMIER RANGE

The Premier, from Capital, is an innovative collection of modular walk-in cold-rooms which significant advantages over conventional coldrooms. Itprovides optimal options for storing food in hotels, restaurants, catering services, supermarkets and industrial kitchens, among others.

Conceived to be adaptable to almost any situation and configuration the Premier Coldroom is based on modules thatcan be extended in 20cm increments in all three dimensions (height, width and depth) and offersfour wall thickness options (60, 85, 105 and 150mm) with different insulation optionsfor varying applications.

The Platinum range of high performance bespoke cold and freezer rooms are built to exacting standards and offer the unrivalledperformance compared to the competition. Key ingredients such as FireSafe LPCB approved cores the PIR insulation ensures allPlatinum walk-in cold-rooms are LPC 1208, BS 47607 and FM approved.

All Platinum cold-rooms are designed by the Capital team to match the specific requirements of clients and individually manufactured tothat specification.

The internal, stainless steel, roll outshelving system is fully self supportingand is not reliant of the fabric of thecold-room itself – this greatly improvesperformance and durability.
