Our goal is to help determine what is causing the changes you are experiencing and support you through the process. We provide diagnostic evaluation for people with a wide array of memory concerns including Mild Cognitive Impairment, Alzheimer’s Disease, Vascular Dementia, Frontotemporal Dementia, Mixed Dementia, Dementia with Lewy Bodies, Primary Progressive Aphasia, Posterior Cortical Aphasia and rare dementia subtypes. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team helps us develop a tailored treatment plan specific to your needs. Our team includes specialists from various disciplines including neurology, geriatric psychiatry, neuropsychology, nursing, clinical social work and speech-language pathology. We will be there to guide you every step of the way. Our dedicated staff will provide evaluation and treatment designed to meet your specific needs. This may occur over several visits to help us better understand the situation, including an initial diagnostic visit, feedback session and support services. Common services provided include a neurological exam, neuropsychological testing, lab work, brain imaging, speech and language services, counseling, and education. Please note that a referral is required by your primary care physician or neurologist. If you need assistance with getting a referral, please call us at 1-833-UT-CARES and we will be happy to assist you. We strongly encourage all of our patients to bring a close family member or friend to the appointment.
