Coffee House Plan I, Background and purpose Nowadays, the interest by customers in the coffee industry is sweeping in the country. Coffee House will be a place for you to escape the daily stresses of life and just a comfortable place to meet your friends. Or if you just need a quiet place to work, wifi is always ready. Our café will provide a friendly atmosphere where customers can receive quality food, drinks and service at a reasonable price. The coffee house will offer a variety of choices to the customers. Coffee and tea of all sorts (hot and iced) will be served like: cappuccinos, lattes, espressos, smoothies, regularly coffee,.... Juice, soda, and other bottled drinks are also served. Besides, we will offer some kinds of desserts such as: muffins, donuts, sandwiches, fruit filled crepes, etc. The coffee house will be divided into many different areas. This thing is necessary because customers can partake in different activities without bothering anyone. The menu offerings will be supplemented by free books and magazines that customers can read inside the coffee bar. We also create our own website to develop online sales as well as attract more customer. The coffee house may be locates around one university. II, Objectives 1. Short-term objective - Achieve 100 customers per day, net sales more than 20 million VND per month - Maintain an average gross margin of 58 percent. - Obtain at least 200 loyal customers in the first year 2. IV, Target CustomersThe customer will be between 18 to 55 years old. They are significant teachers and students of university that near the coffee house. They account for 90 percent of customers of the caf. In which, teachers are customer who have high income and often go to the coffee house at lunch time. In contrast, students often go there to study or meet friends after going to school. Besides, there is a small amount of customers who take away as well as people who live within 2 kilometer.
