22 Monday, September 16 • 6:00 p.m. Coffee County Fair Grounds Contestants must arrive by 5:30 p.m. Contest begins at 6:00 p.m. Announcements will be made 1 hour prior to contest in case of rain. Practice is September 9 6:00 p.m. at the Fair Grounds Lile Miss Contest (ages 4-5 years) Coffee County's Purpose: Feature attraction - Local contest only. Sponsored by: Coffee County Fair Association Committee: Christy Clouse, Chairman 931-723-7855, Angie Banks, Bonni Scott, Sherry Johnson, Phillip Johnson & Debbie Bryan Awards: $ 50; $ 25; $ 15; $ 15; $ 15 Rules: 1. Each contestant must have reached her 4 th birthday but not her 6th birthday by September 1, 2019. 2. Dress should be age appropriate. Dress should be no shorter than knee length and may not be strapless. No makeup is allowed, including body glitter.* 3. Contestants will be judged on beauty, poise, personality, and rule #2 at discretion of the judges. 4. Each contestants must attach a copy of her birth certificate to her entry form. 5. Each contestant must reside within the boundaries of Coffee County or the corporate city limits of Tullahoma. Previous winners will not be eligible to compete in the same age division. All judge's decisions are final. 6. A non-refundable fee of $ 20 must accompany the entry form. 7. e contestant will be allowed to have one person with her backstage. If more than one person is found backstage, the contestant will be disqualified. 8. ere will be a late fee aſter September 2 of $ 75. No late entries will be taken aſter September 7. *Note: Contestants who do not abide by the dress code (Rule#2) will not be considered for the top 10 at the judge's discretion.
