Al naso ha un profumo erboso e il ginepro e il timo dominano, con una lontana nota di oliva. Il sapore è di ginepro, con un retrogusto di basilico e rosmarino, timo e coriandolo. In bocca l a combinazione è saporita e il gusto è diverso da quello degli altri gin, al sapore tradizionale unisce un suo tocco completamente originale. E’ tra i pochi gin davvero erbacei. On the nose, it has a grassy scent where the juniper and the thyme dominate, with a backdrop of olive. The flavour is all about juniper, with an aftertaste of basil and rosemary, thyme and coriander. Al naso note agrumate che bilanciano le note comunque forti del ginepro. In bocca aroma floreale e un retrogusto fresco.
