GDf SUeZ has reorganized its range of btob energy services under the Cofely name, the Group’s leading brand for providing energy efficiency services to industrial clients, service entities and public collectivities. The entire range of service companies, whether in france or abroad, achieves a turnover of approximately 14 billion euros, and employs 77,000 people in more than 25 countries.

In this way, the Group intends to increase the visibility of its capacity for proposing a complete range of solutions in the areas of climate control and refrigeration, electrical engineering and IT systems, industrial maintenance; urban networks and energy services.

Deployment of the Cofely brand has the goal of reinforcing its leadership in energy efficiency, being an important player in the development of urban networks across europe, being able to propose high value-added installation/maintenance service provisions and doubling its presence outside europe. It will also lead to a reinforcement of synergies within the Group.

As a result, in france, the Ineo, Axima Seitha and endel brands become Cofely Ineo, Cofely Axima and Cofely endel. Cofely Services and Cofely réseaux shall be the brands dedicated to Cofely’s respective expertise in energy services and urban heating and cooling networks. CSR (corporate social responsibility) at the heart of Cofely offersIn the framework of its contract for the Dijon tramway, Cofely Ineo has agreed to hire 10% of its project staff among workers experiencing difficulties in the labor market. At Cofely Services in belgium, the Novela program allows young people who experience difficulties entering the job market to learn a trade and participate in working life. Gepsa, Cofely Services’ french subsidiary, plays a role in the functioning of multi-technical and multi-service markets within penitentiary establishments. Its mission is to reintegrate inmates by developing employment, training and accompanying individuals in companies while in prison. 220 people benefit every year by this program.
