CODE OF CONDUCT and EXPECTATIONS

We know that most of you will have been on a number of visits and will be aware of the codes of behaviour such a visit involves. However, it is worth reminding you that

We are dependent on the goodwill of the venues we are attending. Your conduct will reflect on the College and could affect your own and others’

future opportunities to take part in visits. It is easy to disturb other people in an auditorium or during a screening

The teachers accompanying you will be responsible for the organisation of the trip and will expect you to comply with all reasonable requests made by them throughout the duration of the trip including during your free time. Therefore, please

Be prompt. Arrive in good time at meeting points and to meet the coach Do not go off on your own Treat others with courtesy and politeness Behave in a mature and responsible manner Do not take any illegal substances Refrain from consuming alcohol Do not leave a venue without permission from one of your teachers

And, in addition, while there

Switch all mobile phones to silent during shows/activities Don’t chat to those around you during the show Don’t eat sweets, crisps, etc. that could cause a noise either eating or

unwrapping them

Thank you for your co-operation. Enjoy the visit!

Yours Sincerely,
