The objective of the inception is to focus upon creating a relaxed and rested state for the guest prior to transition.

Essie and Medi-Heel to off er a range of holistic healing wellness rituals, perfect for city or game lodge locations. Guests can choose from signature grape-themed transitions including massage, facials, manicures and pedicures.

Special transitional wellness rituals have been developed to off er a complete wellness experience. Guests can also experience our holistic wellness transitions such as refl exology, reiki and body body balancing.

emergenceEmergence is possibly one of the most important aspects of The Pathway, it allows for the body and mind to gradual emerge from the transition with a slow and relaxing awakening. rock saunaThe wall’s of these sauna’s are made of rock rather than the more common wood. Often fairly dark with recessed soft lighting.

crystal steam roomsTypically hot and set to 100 % humidity. Decor includes therapeutic healing crystals in the design.

salt grotto/volcanic salt bathExcellent for congestion & colds, humidity is high but not as hot as a steam room. A scented salt solution is pumped into the room.
