Try not to ask for less ice – great cocktails need ice, more ice in theglass means the drink stays colder for longer, ever tried a roomtemperature gin and tonic?

Keep an even keel – if we think you’re going under we’ll serve yousome water; don’t be offended, we’re just thinking of tomorrowmorning.

Know your round – if you have a big round reel it off for us ASAP, wecan cope and we can fix it quicker than you probably realise; if there’sa Guinness in there get it ordered first as good things take longer thanthey should.

Corona – Mexico – ABV 5% - £3.20 - First brewed in 1925 by Cerveceria Modelo on the 10thanniversary of the Brewery it is a classic pilsner.

Peroni – Italy – ABV 5% - £3.20 - Peroni Nastro Azzuro is an intensely crisp and refreshing lagerbrewed in Italy to an original recipe from 1963.

Kasteel Cru – France – ABV 5.2% - £3.60 - A lightly fragrant, blonde beer from the Alsace regionof France combining French flair and German brewing expertise. Brewed with ‘Vosges’ mountainwater and fermented with Champagne yeast to deliver a zesty balance between sweet and sour with aslightly drying mouthfeel.

Singha – Thailand – ABV 5% - £3.30 - Highly popular with superb taste, exotic feel and richheritage. Brewed in Bangkok by Royal permission since 1933.

Blue Moon – North America – ABV 5.4% - £3.85 - An American white craft beer brewed in theBelgian style with the addition sweet Naval and Valencia orange peels, coriander and rolled oats for afuller flavour. Big aroma and taste of sweet orange marmalade coupled with a hint of spiciness andlarge biting carbonation. Un-filtered for a more authentic craft beer taste and style.

Modelo Especial – Mexico – ABV 4.4% - £3.40 - First bottled in 1925 the No.3 imported beer inthe US selling 22 million cases anually.

Becks Blue – Germany – ABV 0.05% - £2.75 - Just like the real thing but without the hangover!

Draught Beers

Becks Vier – Germany – ABV 4% - £3.20Beck & Co. has always been a strong exporter, and the beer thus has a taste more akin to otherinternationally marketed brands than to mainstream German beers. The Vier brand, whose Germanname translates as “four”, is positioned at the top end of the standard lager sector.

Amstel Bier – Holland – ABV 4.1% - £3.30Beautiful golden colour with a mildly bitter taste and cheerful character.

Asahi – Japan – ABV 5% - £3.60Born out of a desire to create a beer that would compliment food, Asahi Super Dry quickly became themost popular beer in Japan. And with a population of 127 million people, that’s saying something.

Boddingtons – Manchester – ABV 3.8% - £2.95Boddingtons has been around for over 200 years, and is well known for its creamy head and smoothbody. It is now sold in over 30 countries worldwide, and can be drunk on tap far and wide in suchplaces as New Zealand and Hong Kong.

Guinness – Ireland – ABV 4.1% - £3.35Guinness stout is made from water, barley malt, hops, and brewers yeast. A portion of the barley isflaked (i.e. steamed and rolled) and roasted to give Guinness its dark-ruby colour and characteristictaste. Despite its reputation as a “meal in a glass”, Guinness only contains 198 calories.
