PRESENTATION OF MATH GAME BASED ON OUR TEXTBOOK

Part 1 – Development of the game• In September 2016 our team started to think about

the game for our meeting in Bulgaria.• We have younger siblings and they learn Maths with

new textbooks based on Mr. Hejny methodology.• We decided to make a game which can be used by

our teachers in their lessons.• We chose activity called „Cobwebs“. • Some our classmates from 8. A and 8. B helped us.• Most of the work was done by Michal Čep.

We took round in drawing cobwebs from textbook in Smart notebook program. This is Kuba from class 8. B

We printed and laminated our drawings. Michal from class 8. A took everything

home and made a book.

Lukáš helped to cut little squares. We wrote numbers on them and these

squares will represent value of the arrows.

On the left you can see our book. The task is to find out value of arrows which

connect circles. In some circles are given numbers, some are empty.

Part 3 – Playing the game at home. Michal´s little brother from class 2. D and his

friend played with our „Cobwebs Game book“ on 15 October 2016.
