IntroductiontotheCourseTheCOBIT5‘BusinessFrameworkfortheGovernanceandManagementofEnterpriseIT’introducesthecandidatetothefivebasicprincipleswhicharecoveredindetailandincludesextensiveguidanceonenablersforgovernanceandmanagementofenterpriseIT.Alsoincludedisasupplementaryguideoutliningthefoundationconceptsofaprocessassessmentmodel(PAM)basedontheISO15504approachwhichreplacesthepreviousCMM(CapabilityMaturityModel).ThisisanexpansionofChapter8oftheguideandreflectskeypiecesoffoundationknowledgethathasbeentakenfromtheCOBITProcessAssessmentModel(PAM)usingCOBIT5.Thelearnertakingthiscoursewillbeprovidedwith:
