General Inspection Procedurenya :

1. Pre-job conference, on site inspection

3. Pre-inspection of equipment and material

4. Inspection of safety equipment and rigging

5. Calibrate equipment daily before use

6. Ensure protection of owner's equipment

7. Monitor the ambient conditions

8. Perform visual inspection of operation

9. Perform required tests on operation

10. Ensure proper accessories cleaning11. Record all of the functions that are performed.

A coating survey is a task performed in an organized manner to provide baseline

information that allows planning to proceed. In the maintenance program, it is

conducted to evaluate the condition of existing coatings, identify premature

coatings failure, provide budget information and the need to assess for safety and

environmental compliance. Such important elements in preparing the survey are

well-defined activities, plant drawing, maps, and history information may be

incorporated, and the reference standards to be used must be selected and agreedby those personnel involved in the survey. Once this has been established, the main

stage is to conduct A WALK-THROUGH SURVEY. This enables to set-up some

immediate priorities by determining which areas require the most urgent attention.

Next step, a

consistent series of visual and physical evaluations must be also made for each

structure of the areas. This may include rust evaluation, blister examination,

adhesion/cohesion assessment, and other analysis such as pitting, wall thickness,

abrasion/erosion and impact damages, and aesthetical condition. The result of 

these evaluations is the basic judgment of a coating maintenance project and off-

course, the most important decision and quality selection level is highly dependent

on the owner’s financial capability.

bernaung di bawah bendera perusahaan masing2, jadi juga harus kita lihat :1. Apakah perusahaan itu resmi
