Anchoring Technique

•  Iden:fy  the  state  you  want  to  elicit  •  Remember,  vividly,  a  :me  when  you  were  in  that  state  

•  Expand  that  memory,  really  be  there  •  Connect  an  anchor  (e.g.  gesture,  picture,  sound)  to  that  state  

•  Repeat
