CoAchieve Solutions Private Limited, a subsidiary of Quess Corp Ltd

was established in 2007. Headquarterd in Bengaluru, the company

has over 85 employees working with the soul focus of delivering the

best quality service for comprehensive HR solutions - compliance,

background verification (BGV) and payroll. The compliance team

handles more than 20 clients while the BGV team handles a data of

more than 7000 candidates.

CoAchieve recently got the accreditation from National Association

of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS®), North Carolina,

USA. It is also a member of NASSCOM, which offers employee

background checks for entry level employment screening or a

comprehensive professional level program.

Background verifications are often solicited by employers for employment screening,

especially for applicants pursuing a situation that requires high security or a position

of trust. Due to the sensitivity of the information contained in consumer reports and

certain records, there are a variety of important laws regulating the dissemination

and legal use of this information.

Results of a BGV usually include education verification, past employment check,

address check, credit history and criminal record.

Background Verification (BGV)

Education Verification

This is done to check if the future employees have the required

education for the jobs and if the documents provided by the

candidates are from accredited universities.

Employment Verification

The background check for past employments are done to verify the

correct date of joining, reasons for leaving and if the candidates have

made any inflated claims in their résumé.

Address Verification

Addresses are verified for various reasons like passport or to find

out if the employees are actually who they claim to be.

Character Reference Verification

Characters of the future employees are checked for safety and

security reasons.

Database Check

CoAchieve provides verification across Indian and global databases,

to track down any illegal activities. We can also run a scan across the

world for any negative media coverage, ensuring total safety to

our clients.

Document and Identity Check

CoAchieve verifies and authenticates, all identity proofs submitted

by candidates, through rigorous checks. This is done to eliminate

the possibility of fake documentation. We run checks to validate

Pan Cards, Voter ID cards, Passports and other documents with the

issuing authorities.

Drug Testing

Drug testing is done by employers for security reasons, for corporate

ethics and to measure a particular employee’s performance level.

Criminal Record Verification

CoAchieve verifies profiles of candidates with police records to

negate any criminal evidence.
