Co-op Recycling Center Open seven days a week 9am – 5pm Staffed from 9am – 4pm We accept an assortment of items that you cannot put in your curbside recycling carts and provide an option for those who do not have that service. WHERE IT ALL GOES
• Shrink wrap and molded foam goes up to Agriplas where it gets turned into pellets for foam or bender board.
• Metal scrap is taken to Burchams Metals in Albany to be recycled. We collect about $40 a load and donate it to the recycle center.
• Natural cork is picked up by Cork Forest Alliance to be reused as flooring tiles, insulation, and packaging material.
• Expanded Polystyrene is sent to Agilyx where it is turned into diesel fuel.

As stewards of our planet, we must do everything we can to prevent waste and conserve resources.
We have recycling team members who are available to help you and answer your questions!When you arrive, you can go to Customer Service in the store or check the Recycle Center and find the recycler on duty.
