Nel 1991 il sogno di Mario Giorgio Prussiani e della moglie Mariella si è trasformato in realtà dando vita alla Prussiani Engineering: un’azienda nata con l’obiettivo di progettare e costruire macchine a controllo numerico di qualità elevata per la lavorazione di marmi, graniti e pietre.Nel corso degli anni la Prussiani Engineering è cresciuta assieme alle esigenze del mercato, affermando la propria presenza a livello mondiale. Ha ampliato la propria linea prodotti promuovendo una costante ricerca per il miglioramento e l’innovazione tecnologica ed è in grado di offrire ai propri Clienti macchine sempre più evolute ed efficienti, garantite fino a 5 anni. La gamma comprende numerosi modelli di segatrici a ponte con il sistema brevettato “CUT & MOVE”, fresatrici a 5 e 6 assi interpolati per la lavorazione di masselli, centri di lavoro, macchine per il taglio a getto d’acqua, macchine combinate con taglio a disco e getto d’acqua, lucidatrici per lastre, torni e sagomatrici a filo.Macchine robuste, precise e durevoli, adatte alle esigenze della grande e piccola produzione. In 1991 the dream shared by Mario Giorgio Prussiani and his wife Mariella came true and they created Prussiani Engineering: a company established with the goal of designing and engineering top quality CNC machines for the processing of marble, granite and stone.Prussiani Engineering has progressed over the years keeping pace with market requirements, confirming its presence at a worldwide level. Slabs polishing machines MIRROR, with 3 interpolated axis, are designed and built for the surface finishing of marble and granite slabs, engineered quartz and natural stones.

Perfect result thanks to our special pneumatic balancing of the head.

Powered by a numerical control interfaced with CAD/CAM systems they have automatic tools change that allows calibration, polishing, honing, brushing and engraving of the slabs surface.

The machine are equipped with a 14 positions tools store, on the back of the working table.

Slabs polishing machines MIRROR may be customized according to the Customer’s needs about production and space available into his factory.

Le lucidalastre MIRROR, a 3 assi interpolati, sono progettate e costruite per la lavorazione delle superfici di lastre di marmo e granito, quarzo artificiale e pietra in genere.

Un risultato perfetto garantito da un nostro speciale bilanciamento pneumatico della testa.

Gestite da un controllo numerico interfacciato con sistemi CAD/CAM, sono dotate di un cambio utensile automatico che consente di calibrare, lucidare, levigare, spazzolare e incidere le superfici delle lastre.

Le macchine sono munite di un magazzino utensili con 14 stazioni, posizionato sul retro del tavolo di lavoro.

Le lucidalastre CNC MIRROR possono essere personalizzate in base alle esigenze di produzione e di spazio disponibile nella fabbrica del Cliente.
