Moveable side srops

The clamping of the workpieces is oneof the most critical issues for the qualityof CNC-manufacturing. The combinationof machine stability, quality tooling andeffective clamping guarantees a qualityproduct coming off the machine.

These facts we realized and developedthe console table with free and easypositioning vacuum pods. Our vacuumsystem gives you high flexibility in orderto clamp your workpiece.

The following technical featuresillustrate this flexibility:

• The side stops can be moved viahand lever valves - no limit in theworkpiece length

• A strong vacuum pump, but alsoelectronic vacuum control systemsguarantee a strong clamping of theworkpiece - manufacturing reliabilityeven for spongy materials and exoticforms

• Scales and indices on the benchesand vacuum pods are helpful forheavy workpieces - operating relia-bility and fast tool change

• Strong stops (d=20mm) guaranteean accurate positioning for heavyworkpieces - manufacturing reliability.

• The rubber of the vacuum pods canbe changed easily - low wearing -and spare parts costs.

• Up to 4 vacuum pods can be posi-tioned on the workpiece console -high flexibility
