Hybrid Mail – FAQ’sQ How can we be sure all items are printed & mailed? A 2D barcode like this is printed on each letter. The barcode is then scanned

throughout the production process to ensure each item is printed & mailed.

Q What happens to our data once a mailing has been completed? A All data is deleted within x-days of completion.

Q What happens if there is a fire at the printer? A All systems are back up to 2 remote locations and updated hourly. In the

event of a catastrophic failure at the print centre, all work would transfer to a network of existing 3rd party suppliers.

Q How good is the print quality.A Our printing press’s are toner based to provide unrivalled print quality in the

Hybrid Mail Market.
