CMII Programme (Class-based & e-Learning)

a) Programme Registration

1. Login to iLMS - https://www.mii4u.org/ilms/user/login

2. Click on Registration tab.

3. Click on Professional Programme -> Programme Registration

a. The system will list out all the available professional programme available for

registration. Select an item from the list(s).

4. The user clicks on the selected professional programme and registration form will

appear. After completing the form, click on ‘Save & Next’ button.

5. ‘Details of Education’ form will appear. The user will have to add details of education

at ‘Details of Education’ tab.

6. The user is required to upload certified true copy of Academic Certificate. Click on

‘Attachment’ tab to upload the certificate. After attachment is successfully uploaded,

click ‘Next’ button to proceed the registration.

7. The confirmation screen will appear. The user needs to read the ‘Important Notice’

and tick the checkbox to accept the application declaration.

8. Click ‘Proceed Payment’ button to proceed with payment for the programme

registration. A popup message will appear. Click ‘Yes’ to proceed with payment.

9. The payment screen will appear. The user needs to choose the Payment Method.

10. Upon successful payment, a receipt will appear on screen. Click ‘Print Tax Invoice’

button to view the receipt.

11. The user will receive an e-mail notification upon successful registration.

12. The user needs to wait for approval. Upon approval, the user will receive an e-mail

notification.

b) Accepting Offer

1. Login to iLMS - https://www.mii4u.org/ilms/user/login

2. Click on Registration tab.

3. Click on Professional Programme -> My Application

a. The system will list out all applications made by user. The user can accept

the offer if the application is approved.

4. To accept the offer, click on the approved application and click ‘Accept Offer’ button.

5. The details of Programme and Offer Letter(Draft) will appear on the screen. Choose the option to accept the offer and click ‘Submit’ button.

6. A popup message will appear. Click ‘Yes’ to proceed.

7. The user can view and print offer letter upon acceptance of the offer.

c) Subject Registration

1. Login to iLMS - https://www.mii4u.org/ilms/user/login

2. Click on Registration tab.

3. Click on Professional Programme -> Subject Registration

4. Fill in all required information and click ‘Next’ button.

5. Complete the ‘Subject Registration Form’ and click ‘Register’ button.

6. The confirmation screen will appear. The user needs to read the ‘Important

Notice’ and tick the checkbox to accept the application declaration.

7. Click ‘Proceed Payment’ button to proceed with payment for the programme

registration. A popup message will appear. Click ‘Yes’ to proceed with payment.

8. The payment screen will appear. The user needs to choose the Payment Method.

9. Upon successful payment, a receipt will appear on screen. Click ‘Print Tax

Invoice’ button to view the receipt.

10. The user will receive an e-mail notification upon successful registration.

11. For CMII e-Learning, the user will receive an e-mail notification of the e-learning

subscription.
