Vacuum Production

The applied method for highly sophisti cated emul-sions, is both under vacuum, and ‘hot-in-hot phas-es’ using steam for accelerated batch sequences. Creams and emulsion are manufactured under high vacuum with the same kind of equipment as those used in the pharmaceuti cal industry. The vacuum process guarantee’s opti mum homogeneity of the formulati ons, as well as signifi cant reducti on of preservati ves since the bulk product is nearly air-less.

Filling in Jars and Bottles

Your products can be fi lled and sealed in almost any type of jar, bott le or tube, ranging from 2 ml to 1000 ml, and for nearly all viscositi es and for all quanti ti es you may require.

Wherever technical circumstances allow, we DO NOT impose a “minimum quanti ty”.

Filling and Sealing of Ampoules

Our specialty! Ampoules can be the cure for a vari-ety of skin problems, and a valuable asset in every skin care regime.

The advantage is clear. Ampoules’ comparati vely cheap packaging, is a proven and tested packag-ing method used in the pharmaceuti cal industry, therefore the supply is according to mandatory standards. Only a minimum of preservati ves are needed to stabilize the valuable extracts. They are safe in use and boast a long shelf life.

Filling is in 1, 2 and 3 ml ampoules on our three inde-pendent fi lling lines, semi- or fully automati c. From 5,000 units, printed and coded.

Toilet Water Production, Filling and Capping

In our ex-proof faciliti es we prepare alcoholic for-mulati ons, and we mix and fi lter Eau de Toilett e, Af-ter Shave, Perfumes and Facial Tonics.

Professional crimping is part of our services. We off er tools with diff erent diameter.

Tube-filling

All popular diameters are being off ered for both, plasti c and metal tubes, with up to 50 mm in diam-eter for plasti c.

The hot air sealing stati on of our high-speed fi ller machines guarantee the perfect seal with perfectly readable coding.

During the producti on phase, routi ne inspecti ons and monitoring are carried out at regular intervals to ensure that the fi nal product adheres to the high-est standards of quality and is free from defects.

Strict hygiene is followed by all factory workers to avoid equipment or product contaminati on. To this eff ect we carry daily inspecti ons on all equipment and machinery and follow thorough cleaning pro-cedures.
