Since Jammu & Kashmir is employment of local population considered to be heaven solely dependent on tourists. /paradise on earth. Every human We have good heritage in Jammu being has desire to visit Kashmir Kashmir like Nishat Garden, at least once in a life. But Shankracharya , Ladakh ' s everyone is not lucky to be there. landscape, and many temples. Jammu Kashmir is such place But the terrorist activities where we can see mixture of destroy each and every dream to religions, culture, and ethos. It is be there. Even we Jammuites are one of the largest state as it is unable to visit Kashmir that

It is one of the pushing factors for diversified and it is into 3 regions shows our desperation of not many local Kashmir youth to take covering Jammu, Kashmir, visiting there. We cannot directly to terrorism as their option for ladakh. In pre independence era say that terrorism is the issue making money. In order to when it was ruled by Maharaja responsible for less tourism eliminate the cause of this evil Hari Singh, it had a large territory t h e r e , b u t e m p l o y m e n t there is need for effective covering Gilgit, POK. But now, opportunities are not there, management model where there territory got shrunk by Pakistani especially when private players is scope for youth to get intrusion on 1948. are reluctant to provide jobs to absorbed after receiving higher A lost Opportunity of Tourism locals and prefer hiring from education. There is enough Basically the demography of J&K outside state. tourist potential available here is such that it is surrounded by Dearth of Employment but if that could be maintained our neighbours like China, Avenues effectively by public private Pakistan, and Afghanistan. As There requires a special partnership, then the problem of resolution, as prevalent in other unemployment would be reduced states, that local youths to a great extent. especially fresher should get Government should create opportunity to get job. They are management for keeping vigil forced to go outside J&K to over private players that they are explore job avenues and they not ignoring talented local youth never return to state, so for job avenues. So a resolution educated youth is becoming is required. We need to do these lesser and lesser in the state. things as soon as possible so that With the increasing of Business Jammu Kashmir becomes once schools providing management everyone is aware of, what again a healthy tourist spot for education like MBA, BBA etc Pakistan has done during 4 tourists in India. In this way I there is growth of availability of forced wars, from 1948 till 1999 close my views. This is a skilled manpower within the Kargil war, now nurturing desperate call from talented state, but the need of the hour is terrorism as an asset to derail youth of Jammu Kashmir to have to tap that opportunity within the India's growth. Because Tourist basic job avenues availability state so that they can be visiting Kashmir in large numbers there otherwise reluctantly absorbed here. Otherwise why can add good growth to nation, educated youth has to find their tourists want to be there when Kashmir could be hot destination ways outside Jammu Kashmir they will find that locals are not for tourists. But since 2 decades, and we may not be able to happy there. So there is urgent militancy has hit the Kashmir address the very important issue need to address the problem of p a r t i c u l a r l y a f f e c t i n g of unemployment and hence unemployment in state.
