Ramesh is the incharge of the total sahara and I (madhu) is the incharge of the club

house.

How many members joined in your club house?

Total 5000 people live here.only 300 families joined in the club house

How many people will be coming frequently?

Only 30 families and in summer more than 100.

How much fee do u take?

For owners 6000And

For tenants 14000

How many members are allowed over family?

Only 5 members

Fee is per 1 year or month?

Actually 5000 is caution deposit and 1000 is the fee per anum. 75% of the

caution deposit will be refundable.

Ohhh!!! Then for tenants?

12000 is deposit and 2000 is fee per anum and 75% is

refundable.

Outside members can join in your club?

No! only the sahara members can join.

Only u will manage the total club house?

No, there are 2 swimming trainees and 1 gym trainee and 4 office boys and workers

Around the clock we can come to the club?

From 5am to 10pm.And for gym and pool 5am to

10 am and 5pm to 9 pm.

The beside room is the banquet hall??

Yes!! Outside we have a big lawn. These two can be combinely used for

the functions or parties .

Is it free for the residents??

No it will be charged 6000 for only 8 hours.

We are finding an empty room in the 2nd floor ?

Ya, actually it is occasion centre.

Club House States Club is constructed in 2001 and opened in

Sahara Estates including the States Club was builded by the lucknow engineers.

It shall caater to the recreational requirements and enliven the spirit of the health enthusiasts, with an expansive terrace on the first floor.

It was managed by Sahara India Pariwar.

The manager of the Sahara Estates is SOMA SHEKAR REDDY.

Club House

The incharge for the Sahara Estates is RAMESH and the sub-incharge for the club house is MADHU.

Out of 1100 families only 300 families joined in the Club.

Only 30 families will be frequently visit the Club and in summer nearly 100 families will be visiting.

Mostly swimming pool and gym are used by the club members.

Outsiders are not allowed into the club.

Kitty parties, Functions are allowed in the club house.

Swimming Pool The swimming pool spread on an area of 165sq.

mtrs.

It has a desk side railing.

An enclosure of natural plantation for privacy.

The height range is from 3ft to 7ft.

It has two stairs on opposite sides and hand rails all over the pool.

Pool was designed from and rectangle and an semicircle.

The room beside the pool is the pumping room which pumps the water to and fro from the pool.

Swimming Pool Water is changed for every one week.

Purification and Chemical addition is done daily.

2 instructors will teach the swimming.

Timings are maintained for the pool. They are 6 am to 10 am

5 pm to 9pm.

The overflow of the pool is controlled with the water pits all over the pool.

It has non slippery floor around the pool.

Badminton Court It is an outdoor court.

The court is builted according to the international standards.

It has a good cement flooring.

it is placed on the corner of the club house.

Spaces are provided on all the 4 sides of the court for easy moving.

It is provided with washrooms separately for ladies and gents.

It is attached to the Canteen and the Kitchen.

It has 3 doors for exit and entrance which are 2x2 each.

It has excellent lighting and ventilation all over the hall.

It has a television set and sofas for discussions or meetings of the estates.

Library and Chess A well-equipped library with the latest collection of

books,magazines,audio/vedio cassettes and CDs/LDs.

It is on the first floor near the gym.

It has so many books which are useful for students, house makers, old people, kids, etc.,

It has 2 tables and chairs around it.

Chess is played here only.

Balcony is connected to the Library.

This is a small room which has a capacity of 4 tables with circulation spaces.

Occasion Centre It is in the second floor.

It is a large room.

Actually it was constructed for the purpose of the beauty parlor or dentists or any clinics.

It has a large balcony on the front side and the back side of the Occasion room.

Wash Rooms are provided individually for ladies and gents.
