CLUB USAGE

1. Plot owners are Members.

2. Member family = upto 6 Members including children.

3. For each plot owner family- Entertainment facilities are FREE.

i.e., swimming pool, club facilities

Play areas (Indoor – outdoor games)

parks/ walk paths etc.,

4. Cottage facilities are chargeable @ Rs.1500/- Per Adult member & Rs.750/- Per child ,

Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner (complementary).

5. No Food is saleable as we do not have Hotel facility.

6. Outside food is not allowed inside the entertainment area for

Better Maintenance.

7. All Cottage Bookings to be pre- confirmed.

8. Members should carry ID card for Security purpose.

9. Plot owners family in excess of 6 members are treated as Guests.

10. Guests can use cottage facilities under reference of plot owner

Rs. 2000/- per adult and Below 12 years Rs.1000/-

& Below 3 years free.

11. Each cottage can accommodate maximum 6 members (Family) 24 hours

12. Cottage check in & check out timings are 12 noon- 12 noon

+ 2 hours Grace time allowed depending on other bookings.

Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner ( Complementary) Optional Non- Veg served @ Lunch or Dinner. Need to be notified earlier.
