A completed project includes a SPEECH & VISUALS (Slides, posters, or tri-fold display) Step 3: Record your presentation video with the 4-H Office Step 4: All project videos will be entered into the DISTRICT 4-H Virtual DPA Contest. There will be a special awards ceremony at the conclusion of the virtual event. Questions??? The 4-H Office is available to help with both speech and visuals--just call for an appointment! District Project Achievment (aka...DPA) is like "Show & Tell" for 5th and 6th grade 4-H'ers. You get to talk about ANYTHING that you are interested in and share your interests with others. DPA is a FREE Event!!!
