1. Cut green felt into two pieces- 71/2 in and 81/2 inuse the longer felt piece as the cu� base, set aside the shorter piece to be attached as backing.

2. Lay cu� base across Needle Felting Mat. Pull o� sections of Natural Wool Roving to create the three heart embellishments. Place Rose Felting Mold over cu� base where you want your hearts placed, and stu� small pieces of roving into heart shape

3. Begin using your Single Needle Felting Tool, and felt the hearts onto the cu� base

TIP 2Always use a straight up and

down motion with the Single Needle Felting Tool

TIP 1Pull roving o� into small

portions to use when felting

4. Pull o� long strands of roving and felt into swirl shapes around and between the hearts using the Single Needle Felting Tool.

5. Twirl long strands of roving into circular shapes and needle felt onto hearts and between swirls using Single Needle Felting Tool.

6. Use the clear embroidery thread to stich on glass beads size E on each of the circles on the cu�.

7. Next stich down 3/4 circular cut velcro, one in front and one in back on the opposite end to connect cu�.

8. Stich 3/4 button with beads over the stich marks, and place on opposite end of cu�.

9. Lastly, place shorter piece of felt (back of cu�) and stitch into place using a blanket stitch with 2 strands of embroidery thread. Now you have your beautiful cu�!

5. Twirl long strands of roving into circular shapes and needle felt onto hearts and between swirls using Single Needle Felting Tool.

6. Use the clear embroidery thread to stich on glass beads size E on each of the circles on the cu�.

7. Next stich down 3/4 circular cut velcro, one in front and one in back on the opposite end to connect cu�.

8. Stich 3/4 button with beads over the stich marks, and place on opposite end of cu�.
