Microsoſt are offering you the opportunity to host or aend a two day Cloud Value Workshop, followed by a two day Proof of Concept on Azure, funded by Microsoſt and delivered by Ulma Business Soluons, a Gold Cloud partner. During this interacve engagement, an Ulma Azure specialist will discuss your business requirements and advise on how Azure can help meet your goals. These sessions will give you an overview of the Azure plaorm, determine use- cases for your organisaon and demonstrate the value of Azure with a proof of concept. This personalised engagement will cover the following topics and can be further extended through the use of Azure Deployment Planning Services. The Cloud Value Workshop The engagement begins with an inial scoping call, to allow our team to gather some informaon about your organisaon, current cloud strategy and exposure to Azure and other cloud-technologies. This helps our consultants tailor the workshop to your current needs, ensuring that you get the most out of this unique engagement. Day 1 - Envisioning • Discovery and scoping call review • Define customer problem statement and objecves (business, technical & operaonal) • An introducon to Cloud and how Azure can help achieve your business goals • Review of Azure features, funconality and use-cases, including Azure Tenants and Subscripons, Identy Manage- ment, IaaS, PaaS, Storage, Networking, Operaons Management Suite, Backup and Site Recovery Day 2 - Planning • Idenfy suitable use-cases for Azure • Business value jusficaon for one use-case • Azure readiness and capacity assessment using Azure MAP • Outline the Proof of Concept offer and the opons available • Proof of Concept outcome planning as applicable • Producon of a tailored workshop report, including an Indicave Consumpon Plan A post-workshop review call will be held in order to evaluate the output from the two day Cloud Value Workshop and set expectaons and dates for the Proof of Concept.
