2 Swiss Federal Office of Topography (swisstopo) IGS Workshop on GNSS Biases, November 5-6, 2015, Bern, Switzerland

Key issues (1/2)

We had contributions with respect to: • Characteristics of GNSS biases, e.g., receiver dependence

(categorization of receivers, “receiver groups”, “receiver families”, list of factors to be relevant for detected (bias) dependence becomes longer and longer (due to MP mitigation mode and many other factors)

• Treatment of GNSS biases - RTCM-SSR strategy and bias treatment - Presentation of a possible way on (generalized) handling of

GNSS biases as realized at CODE - Comparison of MGEX SINEX_BIAS V0.01 results

3 Swiss Federal Office of Topography (swisstopo) IGS Workshop on GNSS Biases, November 5-6, 2015, Bern, Switzerland

Key issues (2/2)

• Presentations on MGEX (bias) contributions by - DLR - IGG - GFZ - CODE

• Short status report concerning the GNSS receiver test site at NRCAN

• Comprehensive discussions concerning Bias-SINEX V1.00 draft (and IONEX V1.1 draft) - Collected list of items considered relevant to the prepared

Bias-SINEX V1.00 draft (finally to be approved by the IGS BCWG members)

- Summarized recommendations concerning the suggested IONEX V1.1 update
