What's Wrong with my Clock by Monica Thomas Tick tock, Tick tock, Tick You really think you're slick What's the hell wrong with my clock All the gears and cranks seems to lock There's a couple of screws loose and not in place My watch band use to be made of lace Tick tock, Tick tock, Tick You really think you're slick What's the hell wrong with the long hand It sits still just as the short hand Look'ah here it's missing a spring Now the clock alarm ding but it used to ring Tick tock, Tick tock, Tick Tock I think your explanation is a bunch of crock How can you drop it while doing stock Oh now you want to pick Because I took the battery out with a tooth pick I put it to my ear to, yep it's still ticking How the ole saying goes it takes a lick'in but it keeps on Tick'in

What's Wrong with my Clock

by

Monica Thomas

Tick tock, Tick tock, Tick

You really think you're slick

What's the hell wrong with my clock

All the gears and cranks seems to lock

There's a couple of screws loose and not in place

My watch band use to be made of lace

Tick tock, Tick tock, Tick

You really think you're slick

What's the hell wrong with the long hand

It sits still just as the short hand

Look'ah here it's missing a spring

Now the clock alarm ding but it used to ring

Tick tock, Tick tock, Tick Tock

I think your explanation is a bunch of crock

How can you drop it while doing stock

Oh now you want to pick

Because I took the battery out with a tooth pick

I put it to my ear to, yep it's still ticking

How the ole saying goes it takes a lick'in but it keeps on Tick'in
