IMPORTANT: Change in Online Payments As of 12/21/17, Perry Township will accept online payments in the form of credit or debit cards

only. All electronic check payments will not be honored as of 12/21/17. Any future dated payments such as recurring payments and low meal balance auto replenishment set up using a checking account will be

removed and unable to process.

2018 Choice Application Information & Changes The choice application period for the 2018-2019 school year will be open January 29, 2018 through February 23,

2018. Application timelines were altered this year in order to confirm transportation tiers for the 2018-2019 school year so that parents can make informed decisions. Another important change for the 2018-2019, is the offering of a very

limited choice application pilot (20 spots) for incoming Kindergarten students per Kindergarten Academy. This limited choice pilot for Kindergarten will not include transportation. In order to process these incoming Kindergarten limited

choice applications, the student must be registered for Kindergarten at their home Kindergarten Academy. Applications and instructions will be available through our website under the “For Parents” tab as well as each elementary

school. Please read the instructions and complete the application as directed.

Kindergarten, Second, and Fifth Grade High Ability Screening Dear Parents/Guardians of kindergarten, second and fifth grade students:

We need additional information on the academic needs and performance of individual students in order to provide instruction at the appropriate level for each child. We are continuing our screening for the high ability program and

depending on the information needed, your second or fifth grade child may be administered a standardized test during the week of January 22nd. All kindergarten students will be tested the week of January 15th. Parents of students who qualify for the program will receive a letter by the end of May. If you have any questions regarding testing, please contact Kim Jovic at

Perry Township Preschool Registration Open Only for AL, CY, HE, SE, WV, HB Article: Are you looking for quality preschool for your 4 year old? Perry Township has its own full day preschool program for students in our district. If your child will be 4 years old by August 1, 2018 and he/she will attend a Title I Perry Township school for First Grade, you may qualify for free tuition. Enrollment for the 2018-19 school year is now open. Call 789-3900 for more information or to schedule a tour. 2018-19 Kindergarten Registration Information

Kindergarten registration will begin on January 8, 2018 for those students who will be entering Kindergarten in the Fall of 2018. The Kindergarten Academy your student will attend is determined by your residence only and
