With no slots, gaps or visible fixing holes, the smooth, simple profile of the Easyrail extrusion renders it especially suitable for the hospital or medical environment.Finished in epoxy powder coat White RAL9016, it is easy to clean and will support shelves up to 380mm (15”) deep.
Composition and ManufactureEasyrail is manufactured in the UK from aluminium alloy to BS 1139 and BS 1474, with dimensional tolerances to BS EN 755-9. The fixing holes are pre-drilled at 300mm centres and end caps are injection moulded polypropylene.
Sizes and AccessoriesEasyrail is available in three lengths: 1000mm, 2000mm and 3000mm. Universal bookend supports are also available. These push fit onto the shelves and can be used on the ends or anywhere along the length.
PerformanceThe table can be used as a guide to weight loadings (based on a 1200 x 300 x 18mm shelf with an evenly distributed load). Fixings appropriate to the wall composition must be used.
