The presentation will focus on industry best practices for schedul- ing, insurance verification, insurance medical policy assessment, EOB (Explanation of Benefits) review, claim denial management, and appeal processes. The presentation will also address out-of- network reimbursement concerns, handling predeterminations, and how to assess trends in denials to maximize revenue.
