‘The IMS Seminar was definitely t ime well spent. The module rotations on video, power, f lex, and r igid scopes were beneficial and informative. I t is apparent that IMS does intense research and testing on equipment prior to of fer ing services to their customers. Spending t ime with the employees that repair the equipment was impressive. The hands-on approach was beneficial. The commitment and dedication of the staf f in returning a safe product back to the customer was most evident. Great work!”

“I was definitely impressed with the tour of the facili t y, meeting the engineers and the vision and goals of IMS and where they are going as a company. Totally changed my impression of previous concept I had for a quote, “third par t y vendor.’ I realize that IMS frowns upon this a descriptive category for their service and agree that they are ‘outside the box,’ with their innovations and service provisions within the industr y. Cer tainly gives me much confidence and reassurance in knowing that we are taken care of by IMS and our choice in utilizing these services. I appreciate and am thankful for the oppor tunit y to have at tended this visit . Thanks again!
