English is not a matter of affinity, it is a matter of necessity!
If we tend to be a part of a global society, do business in foreign markets, cooperate
with foreign partners or continue our education and
career abroad, we definitely and desperately
need English!
What steps should we take to reach our goal?
1. Introduce CLIL (the first four grades of elementary school (7-10) )
2. Introduce Bilingual Education (elementary school- older students (11-
15))
3. Establish a continual and consistent approach introducing Bilingual Education in secondary schools (introducing projects, international cooperation (15-19))
