throughout the facility• Bike share program,
which includes the use of bikes for transportation around campus
The University of Louisville contracted HealthFitness in 2013 to renovate its campus gym into a state-of-the-art wellness center. The building initially housed a hospital, and then transitioned into a gym that was used mainly for intramural sports. Now, the newly updated 22,000-square-foot facility is known as the Get Healthy Now Wellness Center.

HealthFitness provides the following staff, programs and services:
»» Six full-time staff and two part-time health fitness professionals
»» On-site staff Monday-Friday, 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Sunday 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
»» Personal training
»» Group exercise classes include: Abs Lab, boot camp, Get Ripped, InCycle, Stroll and Stretch, yoga and Zumba
»» Health improvement programs such as Weigh to Wellness and tobacco cessation
»» Comprehensive member enrollment process with fitness assessments and facility orientation
»» Degreed and certified HealthFitness specialists available to assist members with personalized workouts
»» Annual client and member satisfaction surveys
»» Special events, including an annual benefits and health fair
»» Member management system through technology platform
»» Operations, Standards and Policies and Procedures manuals
»» Facility and program supply management services
»» Annual year plan development (program calendar, operating plan and outcomes targets)
»» Monthly, quarterly and annual operation reports, and regularly scheduled feedback sessions with the client liaison and HealthFitness account management team
