SATISFACTION GUARANTEEEvery garment and product from Ar-row Uniform is guaranteed to meet your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, return it within 30 days and we will replace it or issue credit in form of original payment. Unless defective, nonstandard sized garments, personalized or embroidered garments, or garments that have been screen printed, altered, or laundered will be subject to a 25% restock-ing fee.

RETURNS/EXCHANGESReturn garments in original shipping package. Complete the return/exchange form provided with your order. Be sure to follow shipping instructions provided on the return/exchange form to expedite your return. Returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of ship date.
