Clearing Internet Cache This guide will walk you through deleting the temporary internet files from the Internet Explorer browser cache. This may be necessary if you are experiencing issues with Gateway functionality.

The following steps are required to clear the cache:

1.) On the browser menu, select Tools Internet Options

2.) On the ‘General’ tab, under “Browsing History”, click the ‘Delete’ button.
