Clear Vue
Clear Vue RTH (est 2015) serves 5 individuals who have a primary diagnosis of a severe and persistent mental illness who are under the jurisdiction of the Psychiatric Security Review Board (PSRB). This program is staffed 24 hours per day, 7 days a week by a caring team of professionals who provide person-centered treatment in a comfortable home-like atmosphere. The Clear Vue interdisciplinary team includes an Administrator, Assistant Administrator, Qualified Mental Health Professional, and Qualified Mental Health Associates.
Treatment includes a mix ofresidential and rehabilitative“outpatient” servicesprovided in the facility andthe community by staff,including but not limited to:
Psychiatric treatment, Individual and group therapy, Medication management, Skills training, Peer support, Supported employment, and, Structured community activities.
Services and supervision aretailored to meet therequirements of eachresident’s conditional release plan, and to prepare them for transition back into the community as regular, productive citizens.
Along with PSRB, theCommunity Mental Health
case management and
other progress monitoring services. Clear Vue is a beautiful home providing a therapeutic environment. Each resident has his or her own private bedroom, partial bath, and common living spaces to enjoy. Clear Vue offers full ADA-accessible bed/bathrooms on the first floor. Community services, shopping, employment and education opportunities, and recreational activities can be accessed by public transportation nearby. Many of these local destinations are close enough for residents to walk or bike to as well.
