Duties: Job Classification: Professional cleaning services provided to Australian clients Hours to be Worked: Flexible working schedule, up to 4 hours / day (Monday to Friday) Employee has been hired to perform the following duties or to fill the following position: - Respect the working schedule given by the company as agreed with the company’s clients - Perform all cleaning duties according to the instructions sent by the Customer Support Manager - Maintain a decent and good relationship with the company’s clients, by following their requirements 3. Compensation: Employer shall compensate Employee at the rate of: Fixed Salary: $ 23 / hour according to the timetable - paid weekly, on every Tuesday Other Incomes: $ 230 cash advance - one time payment 4. Termination: Date of Commencement of Agreement: March 23, 2015 Date of Termination of Agreement: July 22, 2015 The employment may be terminated at any time with or without cause either by the Employer or by the Employee, as long as all the orders received have been processed. 5. Applicable right and resolution of disputes. All dissents, disputes and contraventions, which can arise between the Parties in relation to the conclusion, execution and avoidance of the present Agreement, are subject to the admittance by negotiation. In a case the Parties have not achieved consent during negotiation the dispute is subject to consideration in the order stipulated by the rules of the Sydney Court of International Arbitration, and the awards judgments may be brought to any authorized court. This agreement entitles the employee to work on a part-time basis subject to the conditions set out herein. Otherwise, the provisions of the relevant industrial instrument and industrial legislation of Australia are to be observed.
