With CLASSUM, I was able to understand what I didn't know by communicating with my peers.

I'm not as good at asking questions because I'm shy, but it's nice to be able to ask questions anonymously in CLASSUM.

It was helpful because students asked and answered each other's questions so that the number of questions I had to answer reduced.

When I was studying by myself, I was able to ask questions right away if I had a problem I didn't know.

It was great way to share questions, and when I asked a question, I got an answer right away from other students.

��

Whether it's just a question about the deadline or a question about the content, students started asking and answer questions. As a result, the learning efficien-cy of all students has improved.

This is a useful tool in managing class materials. It was helpful in preparing for the lecture.

The interaction increased!

I think that student interaction is a crucial part of a class. Prior to using CLASSUM, I sent out the reply to the entire class through the mailing list when one student asked a question via email so, in this way, the question can be shared. However, this method made the students feel burdened to ask questions, and it was difficult for me to communicate personally with the students.

Since we incorporated CLASSUM, the interaction between myself and the students and with students themselves has been increased because CLASSUM creates this natural atmosphere for the students to ask ques-tions. Thus, everyone took part in answering the questions, myself, TA and students, where it formed a virtuous cycle of peer-learning.

Moreover, being able to statistically see how much and who interacted was a great way to understand the class.

The most efficient training tool, CLASSUM!

Before using CLASSUM, I ran the employee training program through SNS Messenger. However, due to the nature of the messenger, chats were mixed with the notice, so it was difficult to see whether the notice was delivered properly or not. Also, questions were easily mixed with other chats so, redundant questions were asked oftentimes and made my job challenging.

However, since using CLASSUM, notices were delivered accurately, the redundant question has significantly decreased, and in-depth ques-tions increased which allowed the students to learn more effectively through questions.
