NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a referendum election will be held on Tuesday, March 17, 2020, at which time there shall be submitted to the duly qualified electors of Madison County, Florida (the “County”) the question published below. The referendum shall be on the question of whether the County’s Superintendent of Schools will be appointed or elected as more specifically described and provided in the written resolution of the County’s School Board adopted on September 16, 2019.
