High Level Delivery Approach

• Gather business, technical, legal, regulatory and user data requirements

• Develop a business case and return on investment analysis

• Develop a strategic architecture• Develop a detailed plan, laying out multiple

phases over a one, two or three year period

• Each release should have an I&AM infrastructure component accompanied by pilot application integrations
